schmee is a platform that connects users with subject matter experts ("Schmees") for knowledge sharing and consultation. Users can search for experts, view their profiles, and access content created by experts.

4. User Content

Users may post content including profiles, articles, and other materials. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

schmee facilitates connections between users and experts but is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any advice or services provided by experts. Any arrangements made between users and experts are solely between those parties.

The service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Spare Parts Labs, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
